Throughout the year, Canticle Ministries holds or participates in a number of events. Each of these events provides opportunities for volunteering, raising visibility and awareness, and raising money for programs and services.

December 1, 2011: World AIDS Day Service.
Each year, Canticle Ministries hold a service at the chapel of the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters Motherhouse. We take time to remember those who have passed before us, and those who continue to live with HIV/AIDS. We also use the service to rededicate ourselves to our work, and to pay attention to all that we have to be thankful for as we continue striving to meet the needs and challenges that HIV presents to us each year.

Please Join us this World AIDS Day for "What is Ours to Do?": A Community Prayer Service for World AIDS Day at 10am at the Chapel of the Wheaton Franciscan Motherhouse 26W171 Roosevelt Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60187

The service will be followed by a simple brunch reception in the Promenade and an HIV/AIDS information fair from 11am until 1pm outside the Marianjoy Hospital cafeteria.

May 2012: Plant Sale. It is never too early to be dreaming of blooming flower gardens! Plan to buy beautiful locally grown annuals and perennials available at the Canticle Ministries Plant Sale.  All proceeds will support Canticle Ministries' programming.

October, 2012: AIDS Run and Walk. Join team members from Canticle Ministries on at the lakefront in beautiful Downtown Chicago for AIDS Run & Walk 2012. 100% of donations raised by Team Canticle Ministries’ walkers and runners will help support the Canticle Ministries Scholarship Fund!
